How do I choose the right size?

IconWorker shoes fit standard sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up. The T-shirt is a regular fit (S-XXL).

I have wide feet. Will they fit?

Drift has a roomy fit, but it isn’t made as a wide fit. If your feet are wide, we suggest going one size up. The dial lets you tighten the fit around your foot.

Can I change the size after I buy?

For the shoes, yes: you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return them, and we will help you order the right size. Just contact us. Please note: as the T-shirt is a free gift, its size cannot be exchanged, so choose the exact size when you order.

Are they really S3 certified?

Yes. Drift is certified S3S SR to EN ISO 20345, the European standard for safety footwear. That means a toe cap tested to 200 joules, a puncture-resistant insole, a water-resistant upper, an energy-absorbing heel and a slip-resistant sole.

Is the toe cap steel?

It’s a composite (non-metal) toe cap, tested to the same 200 joules as a steel cap. It’s lighter than steel, and it doesn’t press on your toes when you kneel.

Are they waterproof?

They’re water-resistant, not fully waterproof. The upper is tested to keep water out on wet sites and in the rain, but don’t stand in deep water in them.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free and tracked. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, and orders usually arrive 5 to 10 working days after that. At busy times it can take a few days longer.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. For UK orders, the price you pay at checkout is the total. There’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The shoes have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and the T-shirt has 3 months. It’s on top of your legal rights.
