1. Who we are

IconWorker (iconworker.com) is operated by MSG GROUP LLC ("we", "us"). Email: team@iconworker.com. When you buy from this website, your contract is with us. These terms are in English, and so is our contract with you.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on this website and to your use of the website. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you.

3. Our products

  • We describe each product as accurately as we can. Pictures are for illustration, and the colour on your screen may differ slightly from the real product.
  • Sizes: each shoe size is shown in UK, EU and US sizes, with foot length in cm in the size chart.
  • Safety footwear: the certification of each model (for example EN ISO 20345, S3) is stated on its product page, with the certificate. Only the models that say so are certified safety footwear. Please choose footwear that matches the risks of your workplace.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in your local currency where available (GBP, EUR or USD). The price you see at checkout is the total you pay, including standard delivery and any taxes we're required to charge.
  • We may change prices, but changes never affect orders we've already confirmed.
  • If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • You can pay by the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
  • Offers such as a free gift with a purchase apply as described on the website while they're shown. The free gift is added at checkout at no cost.

5. Your order

After you order, we email you an order confirmation. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't accept or fulfil your order (for example, an item is unavailable), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are on our Delivery page. We will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it. The details, including your refund and the cancellation form, are in our Returns policy.

8. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We must provide goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they aren't, you have legal rights to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Our warranty is in addition to those rights and doesn't replace them.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses if you buy as a consumer.

10. Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Its content (text, images, videos and design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

11. Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you've signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop them.

12. Your personal data

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy, and how we use cookies is explained in our Cookie policy.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country (in the UK: the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live).

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
