Warranty Coverage

  • Footwear – Covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Apparel & Accessories – Covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

⚠️ Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
⚠️ Each item is eligible for a one-time replacement under this policy.

 

What’s Covered

Our warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects—issues that occur during production and affect product performance.
Examples include:

  • Faulty stitching or seams
  • Missing components or hardware
  • Material defects noticeable shortly after purchase

 

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by use over time.
Examples include:

  • Holes, abrasions, or scuffs
  • Worn-out soles or insoles
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect

All workwear and safety footwear will eventually wear down through use. This is expected and not considered a defect.

 

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are not offered for warranty claims.
  • Approved claims will result in a replacement product only.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us directly at team@iconworker.com, and include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Order Number
  • Pictures of the product (at least 2 clear images showing the defect)
  • Comments or description of the issue

Once we receive your request, our team will review your claim and get back to you with the next steps.
