What teams ask before ordering
How many pairs can we order?
Team orders go up to 20 pairs. Bigger team? Tell us in the form and we'll arrange it with you.
Can we mix sizes and models?
Yes. Everyone gets their own size, from UK 3.5 to 12 (EU 36 to 47), and you can mix Drift and Phantom in one order.
Are they certified safety footwear?
Yes. Drift and Phantom both hold EU type-examination certificates under EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 (Drift S3S SR, Phantom S3L SR). The certificates are on each product page.
What if a size doesn't fit?
Unworn shoes can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as in our returns policy. We help with sizes before you order so it doesn't come to that.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Footwear has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
