When will you ship my order?
We ship orders fast! Most orders are dispatched from our facilities within one business day of order confirmation.

 

Changed your mind and want to cancel?
Need to cancel or make adjustments? Contact us immediately! We cannot make any changes once your order has been processed for shipment, so please reach out as quickly as possible so we can assist.

 

What are the shipping times?
Standard shipping times within the UK are typically 3-5 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: all orders are processed within 1-5 business days before shipping, depending on current demand.

In some cases, delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 business days depending on your location and due to unexpected delays with the shipping carrier. Please take this into account when placing your order.

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a secure tracking number linked to your package. You can track your order’s location at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that in some cases, and due to logistical considerations, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages.
Although orders are shipped within 2 business days after confirmation, it may take up to 72 hours or more for the tracking information to be updated in the system, depending on synchronization with the shipping carrier.

 

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your package. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

Please note that some of our suppliers are located overseas, and returns must be sent back to the supplier’s warehouse according to the instructions provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs via your local postal service will apply, depending on the product’s size and weight.

 

Refunds
Refunds to a credit card may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card provider’s processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

I didn’t receive my package - what should I do?
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please contact us immediately to request a refund.

 

My product arrived damaged, defective, or not as expected
If your item arrived damaged, torn, or defective, please send us photos of the product (or a video, if necessary), and we will handle the matter according to the circumstances. All our products are carefully selected and undergo quality checks before shipping, but such issues may occur during transit and are beyond our control. In such cases, please contact us for assistance and resolution.
