Warranty
At IconWorker we stand behind our products. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and doesn't affect them.
How long it lasts
- Footwear: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Clothing and accessories: 3 months from the date of purchase.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects that affect how the product performs, for example:
- Faulty stitching or seams
- Sole separation or bonding defects
- Failure of the closure system
- Missing parts or hardware
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, such as holes, abrasion, scuffs or worn-out soles and insoles, and damage caused by misuse, accidents or changes made to the product. Work and safety footwear wears down with use; that is expected and isn't a defect.
What we do
If your claim is accepted, we replace the product (once per item under this warranty). Your legal right to a refund for faulty goods still applies.
Your legal rights
Separately from this warranty, the law protects you if goods are faulty. In the UK, for example, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that doesn't work.
How to make a claim
Email team@iconworker.com with your full name, your order number, at least 2 clear photos of the defect and a short description. We'll reply within 2 working days with the next steps.
